"The property is well positioned for The Old Town and the beach. The ground floor room was clean and spacious. It did have three single beds though, when I had specifically booked a deluxe double room(expecting a double bed). The small communal kitchen area with fridge and microwave was good too. So, all in all it was very good value. One complaint though: At 7am on my leaving date there was no hot water for a shower."

"This was such a lovely boutique hotel that has amazing and friendly staff. The room was clean, bed was comfy, had everything in it that we required. This was right in the town so perfect location as everything was walkable. Staff were super helpful in helping us determine where to walk to and also we thought a quick trip to Puerto Banus (not my favourite area as the Old Town was really beautiful) so we were told where to get a local bus from and which ones to get. The staff at breakfast were so lovely and accommodating, could not fault this hotel at all. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Marbella if you want to wander around the old town."

"The front desk staff is available only from 9a - 6p and the person we dealt with didn't speak Spanish or English very well. They tried to get us to use our phone translator. They ended up calling someone else to help us on the phone. There was only one power outlet in the room, which is poor for this day and age of cell phones, laptops and pads. Our cover blanket was not clean. We found small red dots on it that appeared to be blood. Location was good. No water or coffee was offered or made available."

"Breakfast is excellent. Plenty to choose from and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Option to sit outside Plenty of very helpful staff Well maintained pool are with comfortable loungers and a part of the beach is sectioned off for hotel guests. Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped and bathroom is great. We were lucky to have a bath tub and a separate shower. Also lovely Molton brown toiletries. Great linen and super comfortable beds "
