The view is wonderful, the house is very beautiful, very clean, equipped with everything you need.. Easy to reach other wonderful locations like Lucca,  Pisa Viarregio with its wonderful beaches.  The hosts are equally welcoming and nice.. "Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. She was late today to collect keys so we had to leave without handing them over and left them with the delightful cleaning lady. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is on a large property with its own pool. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathrooms are large as well. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is wonderful. The property is taken care of by Happy Rentals and they are fantastic to deal with. I had all the information I needed from them even before I left for Italy and if we had ny issues while we were at the property, Gianluca, responded right away, no matter the time of day....
