Visita turística a Maringá

Estadia casal de quinta a domingo, (16 a 19/01/25) Quarto roupas de cama limpa, toalhas limpas. Quarto sem nenhum aconchego, bem simples, vista do quarto dava para um telhado do hotel. Falta um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto (só tem o espelho que fica encima da pia do banheiro) Banheiro - chuveiro espirrava água para todos os lados menos encima do corpo . Merece uma vistoria por parte da gerência Não havia secador no quarto, tive que ir buscar na recepção pq não podiam levar até o quarto , tive que me vestir e descer até a recepção para pegar (absurdo) Estava chovendo muito solicitei um guarda chuva para retirar algumas coisas do carro , nao havia nenhum guarda chuva p hóspedes no hotel. Café da manhã ok estava bom . Funcionários gentis, porém necessitam de treinamento referente ao que a cidade oferece, ex . Localização de pontos turísticos, falta um mapa da cidade para orientar os hóspedes , perguntei pq o nome do hotel era Caiua não souberam me responder na hora pesquisei no Google e informei para eles .
