Hotel is quite old but clean and comfortable. Room service was good but food ok. Reason for rating is because pool was closed. We booked this hotel specifically to have pool for our kid, and was a big disappointment it was closed for maintenance

The location is very convenient for walking. I was caught by surprise when they told me that they would charge me extra to have my friend come up to my room if the visit lasted longer than 15 minutes. Also, they were going to charge me extra to use their bottle opener since i was not drinking the wine provided by the property. The breakfast was excellent.

good value for the rate--great location/

It is in a great downtown location, but the hotel is a little dated. The room was large and quiet, except for the sound of a door slamming of a neighboring unit. The door are thin and as a result the noise comes through it, but the unit was very large.

A recepção foi muito boa, com funcionários simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com bastante variedade e qualidade. Ficamos na suíte sênior, que tem um bom tamanho, banheiro amplo e uma cama enorme — porém, a cama fazia bastante barulho ao se mexer. No check-in, a recepcionista perguntou em qual andar eu gostaria de ficar; pedi o mais alto para ter uma boa vista, mas acabamos em um quarto lateral, com vista apenas parcial. Talvez pudesse ter sido oferecida uma opção melhor. Um ponto que me decepcionou foi a piscina estar fechada para manutenção, sem aviso prévio — esse foi um dos motivos de termos escolhido o hotel. Além disso, a acústica dos quartos pode melhorar, pois durante a madrugada acordei algumas vezes com barulho de conversas e portas batendo no corredor. Por outro lado, a academia surpreendeu: muito bem equipada, com aparelhos novos e em ótimo estado. Sugestão: poderiam disponibilizar um pequeno tutorial sobre o uso do ar-condicionado, já que o modelo do quarto não era muito intuitivo para desligar a luz. No geral, a estadia foi boa, e com alguns ajustes poderia ser excelente. Voltaria outras vezes.
