They accidentally put us in a room that still needed cleaning. They quickly got us into a new room without delay. Very friendly efficient staff. Everyone was kind, and good continental breakfast

Tv didn’t work. Called front desk 3 times. Girl hung up on me. Went down and talk to manager. And suppose to get full refund. And I left Hotel is not in good condition. Lobby is a mess Leaking water. TVs not working. Rude front desk agent. I will never go there again They refunded my money then charged me the next day again
