"Internet was dismal. These rooms owned by private individuals have really outdated equipment and connection is really bad. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work. The bathroom had been closed for a while so it had a stale smell that was borderline overwhelming. Once ventilated it was ok. Check in was not the best, again because the room is owned by someone else the girls at reception have to go through apparently different steps to check the guest in. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel.
