We had a wonderful stay. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The air conditioning worked great to keep things cool, and having convenient parking on-site made getting around super easy. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area

Fantastic stay in the heart of Laureles. The location is unbeatable situated in a safe, walkable neighborhood close to incredible cafes, restaurants, and local spots. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was super helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Medellín.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Laureles Suite Selection. The location was great, and the accommodations were comfortable. However, we believe there is room for improvement in the overall guest experience, particularly in staff attentiveness, communication, and responsiveness to guest needs. Despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Everything was perfect. From check in to check-out. Had a very clean room with all the amenities needed. Air conditioning work and was quiet, balcony was clean and quiet with a view of the city. All the staff was attentive to my needs. Especially when our bathroom door got lock the morning of our excursion.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We had everything to our comfort and the staff, especially Ema who went above and beyond for us, was always smiling and friendly and willing to help. We had the family suite which was very clean. We couldn’t be anymore pleased. The property is located in walking distance of many restaurants. The rooftop lounge is a good place to dine and party also

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Laureless!! This was my first time in Colombia and the staff was so helpful with everything, given I didn’t even know how to speak Spanish and most things were not understandable. The breakfast was great and also the property stayed clean and welcoming always. I would definitely visit again in the future and will definitely be on the top of my list to recommend to anyone looking to stay in Colombia. Also this hotel was walking distance from most of the places visited which makes it 10x better given we didn’t have a steady ride. I really enjoyed my stay here and looking forward for a next time!!!
