"Pankij is a wonderful host. Polite, complementary, and professional. We came in early and he was able to check us into our room early. We also had occasion to deal with an irate customer and turn him away (some sort of prior incident during a stay - was kept confidential). We were witness to this only because he was so rude and drove off very dangerously."

Breakfast was only served until 9am which is really early for a weekend for breakfast to end at that time, so my family missed it. "
