Great little apartment

The apartment was clean and comfortable… as stated in the listing there is noise from the outside roadway… there was a small hiccup at check-in, but that was taken care of in a most expedient fashion…

I had a great stay at this Vrbo! The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right across the street from IWU campus, which made it super convenient since I was traveling to Marion for school. The home was well-equipped and accommodating, and I appreciated how close it was to shopping centers and restaurants. Everything I needed was just a short drive or even walk away.The only downside was that there was a dog in one of the other rental units that cried for hours while the owner was away. It was a bit disruptive, especially in the evenings, but once the owner returned, things quieted down.Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again the next time I'm in town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient place in a great location.

Long weekend

My friend and I stayed at this property for a long weekend while attending a university event. We find it to be quite comfortable for two people. Bed is luxurious. Bathroom is large. We did some light food prep in the kitchen. It is clean and nicely decorated. Hosts were very responsive. This property is at the corner of an intersection. There is some road noise; however, the bedroom is pretty quiet. We slept well with ear plugs. The door to this property is located on the cross street, not the street listed in the address.

Convenient Location & Great Value

I had a very nice 3-night stay at Suite B. My accommodations were comfortable and clean. It was great to have a "home away from home" rather than living out of a hotel room and was easier on my wallet too. I appreciated the warning about potential noise but any street sounds didn't affect my ability to zonk out on the comfy bed. Plus IWU is just a hop, skip, and a jump from the front door.

IWU stay

The property has everything you need, right across from the university. There is some road noise, but the noise canceling sound machine did the trick! Has everything you need for your stay, was clean, and comfortable. Host was great with communication and check in was a breeze.

Ease of booking and best of all communication was a 10 out of 10. All questions answered quickly. The road noise I read about made sense of once you get into the room. All three rooms at this complex are right at an intersection with a stop light so when there is a loud motorcycle or car at the light, you know it. But overall, it was a perfect

The unit was very clean, comfortable and all the amenities were nice. There was an annoying whistle from the bathroom vent when the heat or the a/c came on but we put a towel over it and that helped. The property manager's instructions for check in were clear and we found it no problem. There were a couple of things that influenced our rating in a native way though. The first is that there is a very unpleasant smell that you encounter when you enter the unit. It seems to go away after a while, or maybe you just get use to it, but it smells like mildew. The other is that the unit is right along a very busy intersection. They provide earplugs and sound machines for sleeping but they did not help in our case.

Great Stay

This was a great stay for a quick weekend trip to Taylor University. We did have a problem with ants flooding by the front door, but other than that the location was very clean. The road noise is quite loud so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a great location for college visits, easy parking, and a comfortable little apartment.
