Great little apartment, quieter than expected, nice decor.I

In town for a visit w our college kids. The board games came in handy for the kids while we stopped in and changed for a trip up to Sweetwater

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything I needed was provided, the apartment is well appointed and comfortable and communication with the host was super easy. Recommended.

Great location but a little noisy

Property was exactly as described. I was familiar with the location and already knew it was on a busy intersection. Loved the proximity to IWU and the white noise machine was very helpful for sleeping. The traffic did die down overnight and was less noticeable. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Great place for a quick getaway

This location was central to everything. Yes, it's a little noisy but we knew that going into it, and really, the noise isn't all that bad. They are up front about it. The apartment is clean and well furnished. Worth a look!

Cute and tidy

I was already familiar with Marion and the location so it was what I expected. It is a noisy corner but that didn't concern us and Johnathan accommodated by having a white noise box and earplugs. We used neither.

I was a little surprised that unlike previous visits, there was no coffee and creamer available. Not a big deal, but the consistency would be nice. i love staying here. Close to everything I need while in Marion.

Great stay

Very convenient and comfortable apartment for anyone with something to do at the college. Definitely would suggest some thicker windows as the street outside the apartment is very loud and stays loud all night. Thankfully, the property manager did leave a sound machine in the closet that we noticed the second day so we got some sleep the second night. Other than that, the stay was fantastic

Great, but loud

The property was great, but the neighborhood is a bit loud in regard to street noise, being adjacent to a gas station leads to vehicle traffic early in the AM as well as some late night traffic in the PM. Not something the owners can control, just something people staying should be aware of.
