"Spotless room amazing staff"

"Indoor pool is fabulous "

"Excellent accommodation that exceeded our expectations but unfortunately the main idea of our stay was to enjoy the wellness facilities which were closed and we should have been informed prior to arrival. Being in February and the weather not being warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pool ( or beaches ) we definitely were looking forward to enjoying sauna and jacuzzi as well as indoor pool . We would have chosen another resort should we have known."

"Never used the Spa and it was still a bit chilly in February to go swimming, although the pool looked great. Room was lovely with safe, coffee machine & balcony. There was a hairdryer, steam iron, slippers & dressing gown in the room too. Reception staff were fantastic and the issue with the sink plug was promptly dealt with. They also helped arrange a tour for us, contacted our shuttle service & even provided us with take-away breakfast as we had an early flight."

"Booked this hotel because they claimed "heated outdoor pool" pool is not heated. Extremely cold. "

"Indoor pool was nice just needs a couple degrees higher. Beds and pillows too soft for us. The old man at the bar didn’t make it comfortable when asking for ice from the bar but the rest of crew and all worker’s in the hotel are excellent. Of course the best view on the rocks and water that’s why this is our third time here. I think this is a great hotel but Most likely next time in Algarve will try a different hotel "
