"I’m just going to state the facts here. When we first arrived, the electronic keypad did not work. We had to communicate with the property manager. They were able to get housekeeping to come out and assist. They gave us the code to the system and it did not work. We were able to access the lockbox key and use it to get in. When we got in the housekeeper, showed that the door jam had been mangled from a previous visit and was probably the reason the electronic key did not work. When we gathered...

"The highlight of this villa is definitely the outdoor space! The garden is massive, and we absolutely loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Having a second living room upstairs with a balcony was also a great bonus, giving us extra space to relax. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped."
