"I have stayed at the Heathman in Portland many times but this one in Kirkland is not nearly as nice in my opinion. I had to wait over an hour for my room which was supposed to be ready at 4. I called at 1 for an earlier check in because I had to be at an event at 5:30. My room wasn't ready until 5:15. Seems to be way understaffed. Many other people were also waiting for their rooms. "

"Hot tub was out of order. The hallway carpets were filthy. The rooms are very out dated. They charge for breakfast despite advertising free breakfast. Parking is $10 dollars a day which no one tells you. For the price way better hotels to stay at! Pictures online are very deceiving!"
