Loved the fact the hotel had a spa which had the most amazing facilities in which was perfect for a relaxation after the long walking days. Will be back very very soon. "We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for. To make matters worse, we were...

"Room was clean and in order. Location is accesible to public transpiration . Kitchen was ok but there’s a pungent smell when I opened the dishwasher . There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room . The main door can be opened even without entering a code to open, I found this unsafe because anyone can gain access inside the property. "
