"Stayed 1 night while flying out of Wien. Got a room in the first floor. Room was tiny, dirty, and smelled like sewage in the hallway right as you entered the bathroom. Facility looked dated (at least the floor we stayed in; don’t know if other floors are any better). Had to wait about 15min just to check in. Had à la carte dinner at the lobby restaurant and the food was subpar and of course overpriced. The waitress was super nice and professional though. I would have complained and probably...

"This is a very unique oasis for both the long-term and short term traveler. Their emphasis on being low footprint and thinking of the environment in how they do things is very much noticed and appreciated. Loved being v able v to do my laundry after 2 weeks of travel. Staff is friendly and very helpful. A few things: It was warm weather out and the air conditioning in the fitness area was not working thus I was unable to use it. The breakfast for purchase was good but overpriced. Thank you!"

"The staff at this hotel were the best we have ever encountered! Helpful, friendly and always smiling and it was a prayer dealing with them. The food was mediocre. We didn't have breakfast but had a curry there one night. It was hot and cold in places so obviously just microwaved. The salad was good but the dressing was terrible. It's close to everything.... subway, shops, restaurants ... all within a 5 minute walk. The fan in the bathroom definitely needs cleaning!"

"Loved staying at this property. Right next to the central train station and within easy walking distance to shoes, restaurantes, and museums. The common areas are stylishly decorares and filled with light. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the e bed and linens were amazing. Would stay here again 100%"

"Okay. Most staff really helpful. . No air conditioning, just fans circulating the heat. Such a shame because it’s a beautiful hotel, and well maintained otherwise."
