"5 stars all around. The only thing I found concerning, and I spoke to staff about this was, there was a single woman, ahead of my wife and I in line at the standout bar, The Library. She was attempting to get a seat inside as a solo. The host asked this particular woman for her room number, floor she was on, and spelling of her last name, loud enough for several groups waiting in line to hear. I found this to be a shocking personal safety breach, IMO, and a dangerous protocol at worst. I do hope this is something that is addressed with management in making their guests feel safe and comfortable. "

"Gabriel, breakfast staff, was amazing. Room was excellent. Only issue was the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Great location, great breakfast, amazing breakfast. We will absolutely be back. Thank you."
