"I arrived early to the hotel, and asked if I could check in early, as I needed to meet some friends for lunch, and even though at first it was not possible, the front desk clerk upgraded me to a different room, which was quiet and perfect."

"It was very clean and close to shopping. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, the jets were down and staff told me they were waiting on new parts for awhile now. It would have been helpful if they had this info on the site when I booked. Otherwise everything else was great!"
