"The room was clean and confortable but some furniture/appliances are old and noisy. There could have been more informations in the room (how to use the heating system, how to use the TV setup, etc). During the week the breakfast was average but better on the saturday morning (quite frustrating when you stay several days). I wish there were recycling bins and reusable cups instead of one time use ones, quite sad ans frustrating in 2026. The staff is really friendly and professional."

"They lost my expedia reservation. Forced me to book another room. Found my reservation, didnt refund either of the bookings. Poop and make up on sheets and comforter. No cleaning service during 3 night stay. No water pressure or hot water to shower off whatever was on the beds. Mouldy shower curtain. Holes in bathroom ceiling and tub. Asked to speak with a manager for 3 days with no success. Would recommend to avoid."

"Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is being renovated and there was carpet pieces and construction waste in many places. The room was clean but basic -a long mirror would be useful, and maybe a microwave."

"We frequently stay in mid level hotels for hockey tournaments in Sudbury and this was by far the nicest of that type we have experienced in the city. Our minimal interactions with staff were pleasant, the room was updated and clean and the breakfast was fine. From now on this will be our go to hotel for sports trips."
