Beautiful, sunny two-story vacation apartment in Marktoberdorf

Our bright attic apartment is ideal for 2 people or families (2 adults) with children (max. 3)—whether you’re looking to escape the stress, seek some peace and quiet, or simply enjoy an idyllic stay—all while being close to plenty of opportunities to explore the Allgäu region.
The maximum occupancy is 5 people.

This little oasis of comfort, spanning 75 square meters, offers Wi-Fi and a parking space, as well as plenty of opportunities to explore the Allgäu region just a short distance away.

The apartment has been completely renovated and features a rustic-modern interior.

The living room has a large couch that can be converted into an additional sleeping area. A 55-inch TV brings a real movie theater experience right into your living room. The small south-facing balcony offers sunshine all day long.

We’ve equipped the kitchen with everything you need for everyday use, including a coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, dishes, and a dishwasher. The dining area seats 4 people but can be expanded to seat 6. We have a high chair available for our very young guests.

The bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower, a sink with a lighted mirror, and a hair dryer, as well as towels and the most important thing... a toilet!

A cozy 180x200 cm double bed awaits you in the bedroom! A small seating area with a table provides a place to relax or read, and the closet with shelves, drawers, a clothes rod, and hangers keeps everything organized.

In the second bedroom—or children’s room—there’s a loft bed that sleeps three and a few toys.

The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house and spans two floors with its own separate entrance.
You reach the apartment via several
steps.
The parking space is located directly at/in front of the house.



Marktoberdorf, Bavaria

The vacation rental is centrally located, just a few minutes from shops for daily necessities.
You can set off on your bike right from the bike path in front of the door.
A little gem awaits in the immediate neighborhood: a small grove called “BUCHEL.” This little green oasis with a view of the mountains is perfect for a romantic stroll or a picnic. For the little ones, there’s an adventure playground. There’s even an outdoor and indoor swimming pool right in the neighborhood.


Out and about around the lodging

Wake up in the morning with the first rays of sunshine on your face, perhaps enjoy your first cup of coffee on the small balcony, and if the visibility is good, you might even see the mountains.
After that, there are various options available.
Perhaps you’d like to bike to the beautiful Forggensee for a short boat tour, or have a coffee at the Festspielhaus while enjoying a view of the royal castles.
Whether you’re in the mood for sightseeing, shopping, hiking, or biking, Füssen, Kempten, and Kaufbeuren are all just about 20 minutes away. Austria is about a 35-minute drive away, and even Munich can be reached in about an hour.
Shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.
