"Location was perfect - we were close to the public bus, the tour bus for the Sound of Music tour, casual dining, and the neighborhood felt safe. We were a short walk to the river and better shopping. After crossing the river, it was a short walk to get to old town which allowed us to see the area. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciate the set up for 3 of us - we had a king bed, a twin bed + a couch in our room. The bathroom was a little tight, but it was sufficient. The hotel and room were clean, but it was evident that it is an older hotel. Breakfast, which was not free, was good but had more traditional foods. Staff was very friendly and accomodating."

"Lovely property. I was apprehensive since everything is electronic and doesn’t have a fulltime, in person reception but their customer service and apps were easy to use and had fast response times. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. I liked having the free lockers available as well as laundry facilities (paid) in the building. I would recommend this property. It was a little far from the central tourist attractions but the weather was nice and we enjoyed walking so it was not a problem for us (maybe a 15-20minute walk). It was great for us because we enjoyed getting out of the busy tourist area."

"We were very pleased with the IMLAUER Hotel Pitter Salzburg. It was close enough to walk to the train station, but still very quiet for being so centrally located. The lobby is beautiful and we were warmly and efficiently greeted on check in. The room was perfectly clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, too. We did not have any meals at the hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay there. "

"Location is very convenient if you have a morning train, bcs it’s literally in front of Salzburg Hbf. Staffs were friendly and room was clean. They gave complimentary drink only for one day and also chocolate."
