"The hotel felt fresh and new throughout. The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, safe and plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was also new and fitted to a high standard. The reception and bar area were both clean and spacious with a small shop with snacks to buy. The breakfast was a self-service arrangement with a good choice of healthy options. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if I was visiting Essen. "

"Location is only a 5 minute walk from the train station in Oberhausen. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Very quiet environment. Hot shower was a big plus. We are here for the European Soccer Tournament so it was nice that we were able to watch games in our room. "

"We stayed in the family apartment. The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable. The main room was extremely spacious even with the sofa bed made up. The kitchen was well catered with a fridge and hob and any kit we needed to cater for ourselves. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. Hot food, cereals, fruit & pastries etc. along with a wide selection of teas and coffees. Will most definitely stay here again!"
