"Seit der Eröffnung 2005 buche ich dieses Hotel immer mal wieder, um Veranstaltungen in der Veltins Arena zu besuchen.
Mittlerweile gab es ja schon einige EigentĂŒmerwechsel.
Und jetzt ist es unter der FĂŒhrung von "Welcome Hotels".
Die NĂ€he zur Arena macht es fĂŒr mich perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man da.
Ja, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (stört mich nicht).
Aber perfekt sauber. Die Betten sind wirklich ausgezeichnet.

"Ălteres Hotel, könnte schön sein aber schlecht gefĂŒhrt. Schlechtes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis. Personal ist freundlich aber völlig unqualifiziert. Sauberkeit lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, v.a. Badfliesen, -fugen. Diverse Einrichtungselemente defekt: Duschhebel, Armaturen, Steckdose, Licht. Reparatur erst am nĂ€chsten Tag. Mails werden nicht gelesen, um z.B. auf Allergien (FrĂŒhstĂŒck) einzugehen. Immerhin am nĂ€chsten Tag Entsprechendes besorgt. Trotz vieler Unannehmlichkeiten noch herumdiskutiert wegen...
"This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!"
