A nice little friendly hotel

We had 3 night short break. Rooms were clean food was good except we thought breakfast could have been a bit more exciting, other meals were very good. Staff were generally very pleasant. Pool was magnificent and super clean. A bit of a walk to the beach and the beaches in the area were not that good but didn't bother us as we used the pool. One anoying thing with the ropms was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels, had to use the door knob.

Fiyat performans. Bu fiyata her şey dahil bir otelde beklentimiz zaten yüksek değildi .ancak yemekler yenilemeyecek kadar kötüydü. Ana yemek kesinlikle yenmiyor ve tatsız + ılık yemekler. Kahvaltıda küvetlerde biten herhangi bir ekmek/ poğaça gibi ürünler söylemeden getirilip doldurulmuyor.Sadece boşları toplayan garson var ortada . Bar çok saçma sapan otelin yanında büfe gibi, ikinci içeceği isteyesiniz gelmiyor .Otelin konumu denize çok yakın fakat halk plajı değil de para ile bi plaja gitmek isteseniz , kıyı otelleri kendi müşterileri hariç şezlong kiralamıyor . O da zor . Bir daha tercih etmeyiz .

Odalar güzeldi. Klimali ve balkonlu idi. Deniz tarafina bakan odalarin manzarasi guzeldi. Gunluk temizlik yapiliyor. Minibarı var. Balkonda sigara icin küllük var. 3 öğün yemek çıkıyor. Öğle ve aksam yemeginde sabit 20 ye yakin meze var. Pilav ve corba disinda 4 ana yemek degisiyor. Tatlilar cesitli fakat lezzeti tartışılır. Alkoller yerli markalar. Kokteyl ve bira istediginiz kadar alabilirsiniz. Havuzu fena değil. Çocuk havuzu da mevcut. Çalışanlar da sıcakkanlı. Merkeze minibüsler surekli geciyor hic beklemedik. Ulasim kolay. Otele cok yakin ufak bir halk plaji var. Ucretli beachler de var. Otelden barlar sokagina gece gidis gelis servisler var. Üç yıldızlı bir otele göre imkanlar gayet iyi. Fiyat performans olarak tercih edilebilir. Marmarise yolum düşerse ilk seçeneklerimden biri kesinlikle.

Otel memnuniyeti

Otel tam tam bir fiyat performans otelidir, verdiğiniz paranin karşiliğini alirsiniz. Temizlik ve özellikle yemek konusunda gayet başariliydi. Yemek seçen bir kişi olsaniz bile aç kalmazsiniz seçenek çok. 3 yildizli bir otel olmasina rağmen 4 yıldizli bir otel hizmeti sunmaktadir. Eksi yönlerine gelecek olursak havuzu çok büyük degil fakat yeterli. Bizim için güler yüz ve müşteri memnuniyeti önemliydi. Fakat orda iki kişi haricinde otel çalişanlarindan memnun kaldik. O iki kişide biri müdür digeride orda çalişan garson ÖMER(sanki silah zoruyla çaliştiriyorlarmiş gibi surat 5 kariş kendi halinde tiriplerde) müdüre gelecek olursak, ordaki personel ve idare hakkinda ilgisiz biri. Gelen müşteriye hoşgeldin deme nezaketinde bile bulunamiyor. Arti olarak barmen mehmet arkadaşimiz sağolsun herkese gerekli ilgi ve alakayi esit seviyede gösteriyor. tekrardan burdan tesekkur ederim.

Et çıkmasa da tavuk ve türevleri vardı. Deniz yürüme mesafesinde fakat otele ait bir plaj yoktu. Bunu bilerek geldik. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Kızkardeşimle 7 gün kaldık. Otelin temizliği konumu çok çok iyi. Günde 3 kez açık büfe yemek ve havuz barı mevcut, biz havuz barından çok memnun kaldık. Yemeklerin bir kısmı çok güzelken (çorba ve salatalar) bir kısmı (etler ve makarna gibi) gerçekten kötüydü. Personeller çok tatlıydı, müdür beye ve tüm personele teşekkür ediyoruz bence fiyatına göre muhteşem
