The room we received was in the main building. Despite the room being significantly smaller than what we had seen in pictures, everything went smoothly. We had another booking for the Annex building, and when we moved to the annex, our room was much larger and more comfortable. All the staff here are genuinely lovely and will make you want for nothing.

The property is very good for value. The pool is close to the apartments and also they have got a water slide; kids enjoyed a lot in the heated pool and water slide. Apartments have all the basic amenities and the kitchen has got all utensils required for cooking. Unlike 5 star resorts , where you have to walk a lot to get from one area to another; everything is very nearby.The staff have been very helpful as well.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Aquarium!!! The only downside is that it’s not in the main town area rather a bit interior into the village area but all the places are accessible either with public transport / taxi / we hired 3 wheeler electric bike !

Otel genel olarak temizdi ve personel güler yüzlüydü. Ancak rezervasyon yapmadan önce bilinmesi gereken bazı önemli bilgiler Hotels.com sayfasında açıkça belirtilmemişti. Havuz havlusu ücretsiz değil, ücret karşılığında satın alınabiliyor. Odalarda şampuan gibi temel banyo ürünleri bulunmuyor; ihtiyaç halinde otelin marketinden ücretle temin edilebiliyor. Ayrıca çocuk havuzundaki kaydırak gün boyunca açık değil, yalnızca belirli saatlerde (10:45–11:30 ve 14:00–14:45) hizmet veriyor. Bu bilgi de rezervasyon sırasında paylaşılmamıştı. Bunun yanında, odaya giriş yaptığımızda çocuklar için yatak hazırlanmamıştı. İlk olarak bazayı kendimizin açıp hazırlayabileceğimiz söylendi. Durumu tekrar ilettikten sonra bir personel gelerek yatağı hazırladı. Bu yorumu oteli kötülemek için değil, özellikle çocuklu ailelerin rezervasyon yapmadan önce bu detayları bilerek daha doğru bir karar verebilmeleri amacıyla paylaşıyorum. Bu tür bilgilerin rezervasyon sayfasında daha açık ve şeffaf şekilde belirtilmesi, misafirlerin beklentilerini doğru yönetmeleri açısından faydalı olacaktır.

Fotoğrafların oldukça abartılı ve geniş açıdan çekildiğini düşünüyorum. Su kaydırağı günde sadece birer Saat öğleden önce ve sonra açılıyor. İnanılmaz bir kalabalık sıra bulmanız olanaksız. Oteli almamızın tek nedeni bu kaydıraktı ama Çocuklarım pek faydalanamadılar ne yazık ki. Bu bilgi hiçbir yerde paylaşılmıyor. Havuz başında üzerine havlu atılmış şezlonglardan dolayı oturmanız olanaksız. Apart otel olmasına rağmen eşim 2 kadeh istemiş odaya götürmek için,uygulamamızda yok diye vermemişler. Enteresan geldi bize neden uygulama talimatlarına uygun olmadığını bir türlü çözemedik.Bütün bunlara rağmen personel çok nazik, odaların da gayet temiz olduğunu belirtmeliyim. Otelin aldığı puanın bu iki nedenle olduğunu düşünüyorum. Otele değil ama nazik personeline kesinlikle çok teşekkür ediyorum.

İçmeler beldesinin arka taraflarında çok güzel bir konseptle hazırlanmış bir otel. 7-8 bloktan oluşan bir tatil sitesi tadında. Odalar, her detayın ince ince düşünüldüğü gayet modern bir tarzda düzenlenmiş. Ofalar yemiz. Havuz yeterli büyüklükte. Personel kibar ve profesyonel. Misafirler çoğunlukla yabancı. Ailelerin tercih ettiği nezih bir otel. Gelelim eksilere. Kaydırak günde 45 er dakikalık 2 kez aktif ediliyor. Nedenini anlamadım. Havuz 160 cm yazıyor ama benim boyum 173 olmasına rağmen havuzun derinliği boyuma yakın. Bana derin geldi. Konum itibariyle denize uzak ve sahilde otele ait şezlong mevcut değil. Ancak otelin tam bir fiyat/performans oteli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Ailenizle gidip gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabileceğiniz bir otel. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Odalar temizdi. Ancak tesiste her yer kedi. Oğlumun kedi alerjisi vardı ve mlsf bu bizim açımızdan kötü idi. Kediler havuz kenarında havluların üstünde lobide restorant da heryerde . Animasyomda tek kelime türkçe konuşulmadı ki zaten bizim kültürümüze uygun bir gösteride olmadı. Kaydırakta günde 2 kez 45 er dak yani toplam 1.5 saat açık. Havuz büyüklüğü yeterli ama akşam saati havuzda yabancı madde artıyor. Kısacası bizim gibi çocuk eğlensin diye seçtiğimiz aparta mlsf çocuğumuz eğlenemedi. Daha önce kaldığımız apartta kalsaydık.keşke dedik.
