"Had a great time at this villa. The house was immaculate with fantastic decor and a huge outside terrace split into an outside kitchen and seating area. The pool was much bigger than I thought it would be and was great to cool down in as it was very hot when we visited. The location is ideal for visiting various resorts but there isn’t much around the villa, I would recommend a car. The owner Jean-Philippe was very helpful and replied to all communications quickly, his restaurant recommendations...

"The house is ok but cold in april. After we complaint we got a heater and table for the livig room ... much better than! Very dificult to find the house the first time. Owners are nice people. Most stores are closed in april ... how shall kos have tourists early in the year. On the other hand... a nice island"

"Setting and views are amazing from terrace, a few steps from the sea. Excellent communication from the owner and her sister Maria who is available at the mini golf next door. Lovely surprises left to welcome us. Very warm and helpful people. "Strandnah und gut gelegen.Schöne Terrasse, Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Alles sehr zweckdienlich. Keine Zimmersäuberung,aber Besen etc.vorhanden, neue Handtücher auf Nachfrage. Netter Besitzer. "

"Das Appartement war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, Küche, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage etc. Die Einrichtung ist typisch griechisch, hier und da gibt es ein paar kleinere Schäden, die aber nicht weiter schlimm sind. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und sehr bemüht. Maria kann leider kein Englisch aber mit Händen und Füßen klappte die Kommunikation ganz gut :) Es gibt eine super schöne Terrasse auf der man abends gemütlich sitzen kann.
