"Our room 224 looked out on a recycling area( the delivery spot) where tons of cardboard was in a mess and a huge stagnant puddle of dirty water. (which with all the rain probably couldn’t be helped!) It wasn’t a big deal but since we were staying there for my Mother’s funeral it was an issue for me. "

"Wow....we were thoroughly impressed by the Best Western Hotel. It has set a new high Benchmark of which we will measure other similar hotels. The staff were friendly right from check-in and when we had a question about our TV, the desk staff jumped right on it. The hotel room we were given had a private view. The King room with Sofa Bed was vert spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was fantastic complete with the three Dispensers in the shower (should be moved to the front or back though). The Breakfast was superb, and nicely done. Even the parking was private and great. Large TV, Fridge with Freezer and microwave. All that you could ask for. The room was also cleaned every day for our 4 night stay. There are also a number of great restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. If we are ever back in Belleville, this will most certainly be our place to stay since the price is very reasonable. Thank-you for you hospitality."

"This place is marvelous. It has everything especially an amazing view. Pool, playground, boat launch. Quiet, clean. Just wonderful. Only 1 problem. We left with 1 room key in our pocket and will have to mail that back. Best experience in a very long time. Thank you."

"Honestly I loved it here :) The staff are always super friendly and the front desk staff was amazing the last time we went. I hurt myself pretty bad from my bull riding competition and the front desk staff gave me an emergency kit to help me. I return it of course once I was finished :) Plus the beds are always changed and clean! Overall great stay! I highly recommend the one-bed rooms as they're not on the bar side of the motel. Vert quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this motel to anyone!"
