"Hotel staff was amazing. However, this is more of a long term, live in, motel. Photos on Expedia are very deceiving. Permanent residents can be confrontational and make you uncomfortable. Make sure you have a full inventory of any pool supplies/toys, or you will be accused of stealing from the long term residents. If the listing was actually accurate we definitely would NOT have booked here."

"Great location and staff is very friendly/helpful. Breakfast and parking are good. The only issue was the cleanliness. I don't like to be petty in my reviews. However, I hope management reads this review and invests in making changes regarding their cleanliness. I don't think they have a regular cleaning crew like other hotels; I only saw an elderly couple cleaning the rooms. The restrooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. The room I stayed at had patch up work around the wall and small part of ceiling however it was not painted over. The top rim around the pool needs to be cleaned as well; it had scum/residue. I think the people running the hotel want to save money but I think they would have much better reviews if they invest in a cleaning crew like other hotels. It didn't smell fresh in the hallways (like other hotels) when the cleaning crew is cleaning the rooms. I would stay again but I would probably purchase restroom cleaning supplies before checking in to make sure the restroom is clean."
