"Awful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. "The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition.
