Kamal at the front desk and the other gentleman are amazing and very helpful ! Also the restaurent staff were super nice ! I think Abdulatif and another guy. The only downside is the hotel is very quite, limited dining / food options and transportation!

Het is een hele mooie accommodatie met mooie ruime villa’s , heel schoon! Gelegen in een schitterende omgeving, geweldig mooi onderhouden grasvelden, perken en dit met overal schitterende bloeiende struiken in alle kleuren! Een droomomgeving! Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel aan de receptie, in het restaurant en bij het zwembad! De conciërge , Amina genaamd, heeft gezorgd dat we leuke en voor gunstige prijzen excursies hebben kunnen doen! ! Een gratis shuttle bus zorgde er dagelijks voor dat we naar het centrum konden gaan! We hebben een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad in het Adama resort! Top!

les ryads sont tres beaux, spacieux, tres bien agencés. manque sèche cheveux, et reassortiment de serviettes sur demande... petits dejeuners copieyx par contre repas insipides, aucunes épices.... etablissement un peu defraichi, trop eloigne du centre malgre les navettes, personnel excetionnel, service irréprochable, la conciergerie est extraordinaire et de bon conseil

Our second visit to Adama Resort and just as good as our first. So tranquil and peaceful but only 10mins by car or free shuttle to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff are really attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast choice and the beef tagine at dinner was a family favourite. Can't wait for a third visit.

La chambre / villa était sale l’un des sanitaire n’avait pas été nettoyé ( grosses traces de tartres - calcaire) le plan de travail de la kitchenette était collant le frigo n’avait pas été nettoyé ( traces oranges ). Un manque évident de personnel s’est fait sentir pas assez de femme de chambre pour assurer le travail, bien que sympathique. Spa : très très bien. Petit déjeuner quelconque, les employés au restaurant se « chamaillaient » presque tous les matins. Encore une fois cela visiblement dû au manque de personnel. Navette pour aller dans le centre trop peu fréquente, donc surchargé nous avons voyagé dans des conditions limite sécuritaire avec des enfants sur les genoux . Encore un pb de personnel... la boutique est fermée bien qu’indiquee Sur le site , c’est dommageable vu que l’hotel Est à 15 minutes en voiture du centre ville. Nous avons tenté à plusieurs reprise d’avoir un sèche cheveux ( le matin il fait 5 degrés ) après la 3 eme demande nous avons obtenu un sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas. cerise sur le gâteau pour le taxi commandé pour le départ .... nous avons réservé un taxi pour 4 à 16h la veille du départ ( nous étions 4 dans notre chambre : 2 adultes et 2 enfants) le taxi n’a pas été commandé! Le personnel est sympathique mais en sous effectif criant. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Rustig gelegen, ruim opgezet, geweldige tuin, fijne appartementen/huizen en prima restaurant. Restaurant wel stuk duurder dan in lokale tentjes eten. Medewerkers allemaal super aardig! Super aanrader. Zwembad wel fris in december maar met 25graden buiten temp net te doen. Genoten!!

Un hotel sale, très sale. Quel honte d'afficher 5 étoiles, scandaleux.De la chambre à l'eau de la piscine trouble et une salle de restaurant/.terrasse infecte ;l'Adama ne brille que par sa nullité et la suffisance médiocre et l'arrogance du personnel d'encadrement. Seul le responsable de l'accueil et l'équipe d'animation sont corrects. Ne vous laissez pas tromper par des photos avantageuses qui ne sont en rien la réalité. Hervé Fleuriot

L’hôtel est beau en lui même bien qu’en peu retirer du centre de Marrakech. On peut noter beaucoup de mal façon dans la construction des petites villas. Mais le véritable point noir c’est le service. Absolument nul en restauration et les prestations sont aussi chère qu’en Europe donc bilan négatif messieurs les patrons.

Hôtel calme très confortable personnel très gentil

Hôtel calme et reposant nous avons beaucoup apprécié le concept villa avec kitchenette qui offre la possibilité d'être indépendant sans obligations ni contraintes tout en pouvant bénéficier aussi si on le souhaite des prestations d'hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, sympathique et très serviable ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes. Ils ont été très efficace lorsque notre fils a été malade et nous ont bien aidé. L'équipe d'animation à l'image de l'hôtel ni trop, ni trop peu. Les animateurs invitent à participer sans jamais trop insister il y en a pour tous les âges, la juste dose Bravo aux animateurs. Je recommande Adama Resort nous y reviendrons.

Ask for “Sophian” as your taxi driver

The front desk was great except the service at the restaurant. We waited more than 1 hour to try to get are order drinks and they were never brought. I felt as i was being ignore by some of the servers. We end up not eating at the restaurant any day at all. In that ocassion we end up leaving. The rooms but especially the bathrooms are a bit out dated and the second floor A/C is not sufficient for the room. The taxi service from “Sofhian” was excellent.

+ Prachtige tuin en mooi zwembad. Huis is smaakvol ingericht. Leuke speeltuin voor de kinderen. Vervoer naar centrum. - Het huisje was vies, heeft te weinig keukengerei (bijv 1 drinkglas voor 4 personen), geen vaatwastabletten of keukendoekje). Minimaal aantal handdoeken.

Jag rekommenderar absolut INTE detta hotell! Jätte otrevlig personal som vägrade hjälpa oss med incheckningen, den stora pollen är 38cm djup och är fylld med smutsigt vatten, 3 av 5 dagarna på hotellet hade vi inget vatten, en av dem gångerna satt jag i duschen med hårmask i och kunde inte duscha klart. Hotellets lösning var att de skickade en 5 liters dunk med ISKALLT vatten från kylskåpet och inte ens bad om ursäkt. Hotellet ligger JÄTTE långt frun stan, taxi kostar 150 kr bara att åka in och 150 kr tillbaka. Skulle absolut inte rekommendera detta hotell till någon, inte värt en enda krona!

Nice resort on the outskirts of town

Overall nice place. The plumbing was the main issue during our 5 day stay but the restaurant, pool, and great waiters made up for it! Make sure you bring in snacks and other essentials because the shop on site was closed the entire time and there's nothing in walking distance.

Well designed hotel but poor choice of food

Positives - Villas are very well designed. - Very spacious. - Quite and comfortable Negatives - Breakfast is horrible and it is not worth for the money. Thank god we didn't sign up for it. - Cleaners don't do proper job. Poor cleaning - Hand towels are very old and torn - Hot water is very hot, It is difficult to adjust hot and cold water tap to get fine temperature. - Shuttle service operated only a few times in a day.

Will never go back

There is no Kids Club, and the breakfast is really rubbish, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere - I could have spent my money somewhere else for a much better place.
