Located in the most exclusive area of Palmeraie, one of the oldest in the spot, few minutes from the city center of Marrakech, Villa Royale is a beautiful property surrounded by several hectares of olive trees and palm trees.
The house is developed on three areas, a spacious courtyard from where to access to the suites, the living room, very well decorated with sofas and the fireplace, the dining room with table and chairs , from inside is possible to admire the spaces outside and the covered terrace in front of the olive grove.
Beyond this ambient a second courtyard and three more bedrooms, just few steps we reach the swimming pool (it can be heated on request), in front of two large suites, with the terrace and sunbeds for relaxing in the hottest days.
There are several chill areas with armchairs and coffee tables, a dining area for al fresco dinners and also a private tennis court, for the sports lovers, just 5 minutes away it ‘s possible to reach the Golf Course Palmeraie!

Villa Royale can accommodate 16 person in its beautiful and spacious bedrooms, all with private bathroom, air conditioning and TV, they are divided as follow:

Master room – view on the garden, one king size bed, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, office area, the fireplace and a cozy sofa.
Room 2 – direct access to the courtyard and the terrace, garden view; it has a king size bed, the bathroom is outside the room with the shower , office are, the TV and a sofa.
Room 3 - direct access to the courtyard and the terrace, garden view, it has king size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa and the TV.
Room 4 - direct access to the courtyard and the garden view; it has a double bed (160cm), bathroom with shower and TV.
Room 5 - direct access to the courtyard; it has a double bed (150cm), bathroom with bathtub and shower, the TV
Room 6 - direct access to the courtyard; it has a double bed (160cm) the bathroom is outside of the room with walk-in shower, the TV
Room 7 and 8 - are equal with the direct access to the pool and the terrace, garden view; it has a king size bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, the fireplace, living area, TV

Complete this unique property, the domestic staff, at disposal for all the guests every day, they will prepare delicious traditional meals, and will take care about the cleaning and the maintenance.

Villa Royale offers the breakfast service included in the price, an hammam area, private parking, wi fi connection and the chauffeur for 4 persons transfers.

The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
