Only issue we had with this place was that the hotel is at a junction with heavy traffic and the windows are single glazed. The noise at night was pretty bad from the traffic. My wife who is a light sleeper could barely sleep at night. The place was fully booked out so we couldn't change the room either. If you are staying here please make sure that you get a room away from the street. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Staff is nice, everything is nice and clean, nice mattress too. I particularly like the breakfast which is quite rare as breakfasts at hotels are usually boring.

This is a beautiful and modern 4 star hotel. But be aware that rooms facing the main intersection can be quite noisy. The hotel is not within walking distance of the historical centre of the city.

Best service and eatery here in Palm Ménara

The staff are so professional and courteous. It is located a walk distance from major tourist destination. The restaurant in the hotel was better than some highly rated restaurants in Casablanca.

The reception was not particularly friendly. The room was tiny and very noisy from the busy street. The bed was also not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was ok although I could not get the shower to work in my room so only had the bathtub faucet to wash from.

Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Großer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang, komfortabel beim Ein- und Aussteigen in Taxis. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe als weiters Beförderungsmittel. Ich war absolut zufrieden.

Clean new Hotel

Fast courteous check-in and nearby to the airport. Room and the common areas were clean and well kept. This seems to be a fairly new hotel so many of the local taxi drivers get caught off guard. Taxis are readily available for travel into the old town. The Staff are polite and helpful speaking, French, Arabic and English. We did have a serious miscommunication that threatened to spoil the trip however in fairness to the desk staff they did an excellent job of resolving issue (Iman at reception). A traditional Moroccan breakfast is served, on the first day this was a buffet however they subsequently provided set quantity to all guests. We found the quality and quantities sufficient, The hotel is 3 mins away from the Le Jardin Majorelle on a major crossroads so there's quite a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. The Guiliz shopping district about a 15 min walk. Across the road there's a very well stocked supermarket and cash machines. The Jemma al Fna is a 10 minute taxi ride. There's a lot of potential for this establishment however in some aspects the staff lacked a little bit of polish possibly due to inexperience or loose management. For example the phone I the room didn't work and was not fixed for the duration of the stay.
