A gem of a place in a quiet location next to the Bahia Palace. Spotlessly clean, with a good sized heated pool for a riad, and a fab roof terrace with a hot tub too. Great food, especially breakfast, with home made yoghurt and bread, fruit, lots of great coffee and fresh squeezed juice. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were so well looked after by both Mohammed's and the staff. Nice lounge area, tv, music and reading - very well equipped. The lady who did the hammam was lovely too - no English but a really lovely person, and the experience was amazing. Nice to have a dip in the pool straight afterwards too. They organised out taxi to/from the airport, and helped with orientation. Would definitely go back - highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was nice, fresh squeezed orange juice and crepes and fruit. We had dinner on the rooftop the first night and it was wonderful. Our room was spacious, but still they upgraded and gave us a second room for free. We had a lovely time and our hosts Mohammed and Mohammed couldn’t have been more gracious.

Very nice riad.

The Riad is located near tourist attractions but it's peaceful and quiet. Staff are courteous and have very good customer service skills. Food is good and very reasonably priced.

Excellent hôtes .Les deux Mohamed ont vraiment fait que notre séjour à Marrakechsoit des plus extraordinaire. Ils nous guidés vers des circuits pour nous faire appecier davantage cette ville aux milles et une facette d histoire du Maroc.

Die Lage ist super, genau am Rande der Media darum ruhig und trotzdem zu Fuss schnell mitten drin. Das Hotel ist süss und klein 5 Zimmer, somit bekommt man einen ganz persönlichen Service. Zum Beispiel Morgenessen im Bett, oder Morgenessen auf der Terrasse um 12:00. Auch haben sie uns unbekanntes Gemüse zubereitet welches wir auf dem Markt gefunden haben. Wir haben uns wie König und Königing gefühlt. Besten Dank an das TOP Team.

5 nights at Riad Akka

In advance we requested the advertised airport transfer to take us to the Akka and having walked up the narrow lane to the riad and entered it, we were amazed to see how attractive and welcoming it was. The staff were very friendly and gave us welcoming mint tea with an helpful map of the narrow lanes and where to eat. Breakfast were good with tea/coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, warm freshly made soft semolina Beqhir pancakes and crispy Msemen pancakes, jam and honey, also a glass of home made yoghourt and sliced fresh fruit. Our room was comfortable with plenty of storage space and we were delighted to find a kettle, glasses, with a large assortment of teas & coffees and each day a bottle of potable water was left in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge our camera batteries. Luckily we took our universal plug for the washbasin. We were sorry to leave but will have happy memories of our stay at the Akka.
