Sehr freundliches ubd zuvorkommendes Personal. Es ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich wie in einer Oase. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein. Das Haus ist bezaubernd schön, hier und da wäre eine kleinere Renovierung erforderlich. Alles in allem wunderbar und ich würde wieder kommen.

Charming and quiet Riad

Very spacious and comfortable suite we booked to stay, only draw back is the privacy of the bath area. There is a large separate room has only toilet there, it is enough space for a shower there. As bath area is open plan with sleeping area, if a screen in front of the bath tube will be very helpful for privacy, when you are travelling with old children or friend to share the room.

闹中取静的位置，离德吉玛广场非常近。 庭院深深，房间非常大，是复式结构，可以从二楼的圆形窗户跳到楼下的小床上，再从旁边的栏杆爬上去，小朋友乐此不彼。可以躺在屋里的贵妃椅或圆形窗户上看书，也可以去楼顶露台的躺椅上看书。紧挨着一个幼儿园，打开一边的窗户，可以和在操场上运动的小朋友们打招呼。 大门没有锁，在我的坚持下，房东给了我一把锁。大门有缝，据睡在一楼正对大门小床的先生说，晚上觉得有丝丝冷风。 卫生间很大，干湿分区，有两个台盆，但我不知道店家为什么不隔出一个独立的淋浴区，只能站在浴缸上洗澡，花洒没地儿挂，还弄得一地水。 早饭一般般，算是这一路吃的比较简单的，与豪宅不匹配啊。

Meget fin central beliggenhed

Riad Al Assala ligger meget tæt på Fna og som en af de meget få cantale riader, kan du køres næsten lige til døren. De ansatte er yderst venlige og hjælpsommer ud over hvad der kan forventes. Morgenmaden er fin og som du får den i Marokko, frisk frugt, pandekager osv. Eneste lille "minus" er at den på ingen måde er dekoreret i traditionel marokansk stil. Værelserne er meget moderne m møblerne. Så går du efter 1000 og en nats eventyr i stilen på dit værelse, mødes du her af moderne møbler. Synd, for Riaden i sig selv er meget smuk, og med en superb beliggenhed

위치는 좋지만...

광장에서 가깝고 객실 상태가 양호 하였습니다. 단, 공사중이여서 호텔 전체가 약간 지져분한 느낌이예요. 체크인 할때는 캐리어 옮겨줬는데 체크 아웃할때는 옮겨주지 않더군요

My mom and I were so confused because we didn’t expect such a small entrance. Had no clue that it was a hotel until we stepped inside. The staff were very nice and friendly, but would’ve been better if the man at the reservation desk had actually known that he had guests to check in on that day.. The room was clean but cold, as the ceilings were very high. Overall was a satisfying stay but wouldn’t recommend..

I absolutely loved loved this Riad. The staff, Lamia and Mehdi especially so very helpful. My friend had 1000 questions and they Lamia always went the extra mile to help us as we were new to Marrakech. Breakfast was delicious and we’d always come back to a spanking clean room (sorry for the mess!) First night our WiFi was playing up, we reported the issue and the next morning the engineer was in to fix the problem. Thank you again to all staff, really made our stay pleasant

Beautiful Riad, Excellent Location

Riad Al Assala was beautiful and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and kind. They were patient in answering all of our many questions, and always accommodating. They provided a delicious breakfast and all the coffee and mint tea we could drink through the day.

Great location

It was a great location. We were a group of 4 but was surprised to find some basics not already provided upon arrival. Other riads provide a large water bottle upon arrival. We got one small water bottle to share between 4 people. Toilet paper was not refilled. They also charge way too much to provide a taxi to the airport. We paid half their charge asking for a taxi nearby.

Charming stay

Charming riad very close to the Médina. The rooms are large and clean, but the bed was lacking decent pillows. The service was amazing, it was so refreshing to see a hotel run by women in Morocco! The rooms do not have locks on the doors, but we felt safe enough to leave our things in the room while we were out (there is a safe in the room). The breakfast was very minimal, but was made fresh.
