Abdou and his team were brilliant. Couldn’t help enough, even coming to collect us from the taxi drop off and arranging a late night meal. Riad was right at the top of the medina and souks, and had air con for 40 degrees in august Great location to visit the souks and medina, and a great oasis to come back to at the end of the day.

The riad is really nice and muhammed and Younis are very helpful, met us at the end of the road as taxi wont go to the riad due to narrow road and they helped with the luggage. They were very kind and gave us a map and told us about the area and where everything is. The riad is very clean, breakfast is quite good. The area the riad is a bit secluded and someone like me who has very little sense of direction could end up getting lost.

Riad Al Jana is very well located and easy to get to. Although literally next door to the hustle and bustle of the medina, it was an oasis of tranquility. The staff was lovely and helpful and each day we had a different local treat baked and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast :) would definitely recommend staying in there.

Fin Riad med fantastisk receptionist

Utrolig venlig og sympatisk ung mand i receptionen (Mohamed), som talte rigtigt godt engelsk. Fine værelser. Dejligt varmt vand i bruseren. OK morgenmad. Placeret super godt i medinaen. Man kan ikke køre helt dertil, men der er sikker bemandet parkering tæt på (ved Arset el Melkak), som koster MAD 50 pr. døgn. Hvis man ellers tør køre i Marrakech! Vi klarede det uden skrammer. Ring til Riad al Jana hvis du ikke kan finde derhen - lad dig ikke forvirre af ivrige marokkanere, der gerne vil vise vej - de vil meget gerne flå dig for penge, og kan se forvirringen i øjnene på den ny-ankomne turist.

Great visit in Marrakech

We stayed in Marrakech for 7 nights and we wanted to live in the middle of the old city “Médina”. Riad Al Jana was right in the middle, close to the market square. The riad was easy to find as well. We really appreciated the stay, the breakfast was nice and the staff really helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday and the environment of the road was relaxing after a full day negotiating prices in the souk :) I highly recommend al Jana!

this property was ok for a quick night stay but the room was extremely small. Good value for the cost. It was a difficult property to locate within the Medina and we got lost trying to find our way back from dinner and some locals led us on a wild goose chase which left us a bit rattled.

Very nice Riad with hospitable staff. Breakfasts are great and transfer service from and to airport was perfect. Minor detail is the heating, it could get cold at night. However with enough blankets it will not bother. New towels would also be nice after each Day.

Great Location

We had a great stay at this riad. It was in the medina near some really nice restaurants; everything was clean; the room was cosy; and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our requests. The only thing I would say is that our room didn't have enough space to open our luggage comfortably without tripping over it, and the breakfast was meager in comparison to other riads we stayed at in Morocco. Other than that - a great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Super expérience au riad Al jana , personnel et responsable du riad adorable, très gentil et serviable. Riad situé dans la médina, au coeur de la vie marocaine.(attention non accessible en taxi mais parking pour taxi à 5 minutes à pied). This Riad is clean and comfortable. The host is so great and kind. He made reservation of taxi for the airport for us and take my laggage to the place where we get the taxi. Thank you so much! There were few toilet papers.

Je remercie l'équipe qu riad pour leur accueil et pour leur gentilesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grace à eux. Le riad est très propre, l'équipe est au service des clients. Nettes Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Auf Wunsch neben französische Frühstück noch Rührei und wenn man es wünscht auch MarokenTee zum Frühstücken. Letztere auch jeder Zeit zum bekomme. Mann kommt gut zum Souks und etc. Aber nach der Landung unbedingt sich Abholen lasse. Danach findet man sich schnell zu Recht!! Gerne komme wir hier wieder.

Très beau Riad mais Marrakech à fuir

Le séjour au sein du Riad a été super. Du personnel adorable et très serviable. Des repas copieux et délicieux. Le seul bémol c’est que la ville de Marrakech n’est plus accueillante. Les motos circulent à tous vents avec des risques d’accidents et de pollution très important. L’air est irrespirable dans les petites ruelles pittoresques. Les touristes ne peuvent plus se promener sans être alpaguer à tout bout de champ pour acheter un objet. Rien de sincère et de désintéresser. Nous avons décider de ne plus y retourner.

Ωραίο Riad , ανακαινισμένο με πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Μέσα στη παλιά Μεντινα όχι εύκολα πρόσβασιμο με αυτοκίνητο, οπως και πολλά ακόμα καταλύματα μέσα στην Μεντινα . Βέβαια το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου μας βοήθησε , παραλαμβάνοντας στην άφιξη μας και οδηγώντας ξανά προς το αυτοκίνητο για την αναχώρηση ακόμα και στις 2:30 τη νύχτα !!
