Riad Jasmeene is composed of a spacious Moroccan living room, a patio, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a private terrace.

It is located in a quiet alley at the entrance to the Zahra residence (Al Qaria Assiyahia) just 5 minutes by taxi from the Majorelle garden and the Guéliz district.

Passing through the ramparts of Bab El-Khemis, you are a 20-minute walk from the Spice Square, crossing the Medressa Ben Youssef and the Marrakech Museum. The famous JAMAA EL FNA Square awaits you after strolling through the souks!

THE RIAD

Spacious, bright, and including several relaxation areas, the Riad offers 3 air-conditioned rooms which have an adjoining shower room and toilet.

It is entirely private.

The entrance to the Riad leads to a large, bright patio including a dining table for 7 people. An equipped kitchen (washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.) is available.

On the ground floor you will find a Moroccan living room with a Smart TV.
You can enjoy many international and sports channels
WIFI is accessible and unlimited.

THE ROOMS

Stairs lead up to the ZAAFRANE bedroom, consisting of 2 single beds which can be put together, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room.

On the upper floor is the ALAMBAR bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 wardrobes and an adjoining shower room.

On the 3rd floor, you will find the MAJORELLE bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed if necessary, a wardrobe and a Beldi bathroom.

THE PRIVATE TERRACE

Continuing, you will find the private terrace where you can relax at any time.
It is composed of a table and 6 wrought iron chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers and a parasol (in medium and high season).

The Riad will comfortably accommodate seven people and is ideal for couples, families or groups of friends wanting to discover the city and surrounding areas of Marrakech.

The atmosphere and decoration will make you feel like real Marrakechs!

THE RESIDENCE

The Zahra residence is a secure residence (24/24) located between the Palmeraie, the northern ramparts of the Medina (Bab El-Khemis and Bab Kechich Gates) and near the Marrakech golf courses.

There you will find small shops, restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy and swimming pools.
The different snacks will allow you to eat all your meals (from breakfast to dinner) and you can have them delivered. You can find taxis at the exit of the residence to reach all your places of visit.

THE POOLS OF THE RESIDENCE

You can enjoy 3 large swimming pools of 18 m each, including 1 of 15 m reserved for children.
Around the palm trees and available deckchairs, your sunbathing will be very pleasant!
Entrance to the swimming pools is accessible all year round (except Friday, day of prayer and during Ramadan).
