Hôtel propre est bien situé tout près de la place jemaa el fna, personnel accueillant, le restaurant de l'hôtel avec une belle terrasse panoramique, le tajine que j'ai mangé est très delicieux. Je recommande.

Tiflout Agnau, exceptionnel et mensonger, Laissez-nous vous faire part de ces quatre nuits passées à l’hôtel Tiflout Agnau de Marrakesh du 10 au 14 février. Je suis personnellement client ebookers depuis des années, je voyage beaucoup et jamais je n’ai été autant décu. « Exceptionnel », le site e bookers mentionnait-il… Et comment !? Nous sommes arrivés vers 18 h. On nous a confié une chambre tristounette, au mobilier succinct et spartiate qui nous a, en premier lieu, dérouté par rapport à ce que nous attendions mais nous étions prêts à faire bonne figure. Vers 21 h, l’air de la chambre est devenu irrespirable tant les sanitaires de la salle de bain et l’air chaud ambiant refoulaient une âpre odeur d’égouts. On a aussitôt demandé à changer de chambre. Le réceptionniste, sans pouvoir d’initiatives, s’est montré avenant et, après avoir appelé son patron au téléphone, nous a confié une seconde chambre. Horrible : La fenêtre mal maçonnée présentait de grosses ouvertures sur l’extérieur. Les draps housse étaient tâchés, un chewing-gum était collé sur l’accoudoir de la chaise en plastique qui faisait office de table de nuit, des blattes coutaient dans la salle de bain, le miroir au dessus du lavabo était inopérant tant il était crasseux. L’ensemble était insalubre. Le lendemain matin, on a exigé une chambre en attente à notre demande, à l’annonce et au prix déboursé. Un remboursement n’était pas envisageable. Le réceptionniste s’est excusé : le patron était parti en voyage… à suiv

Nicely located with wonderful view towards Jebel Toubkal from the rooftop terrace. Wonderful staff will prepare food for you whenever you’re hungry and arrange mountain guide for you and all that is needed. WiFi can be a little erratic. Great value for money.
