The location was nice, clean, and easy to access the major roadways for tourist activitie but was off the roadway enough to be quiet and peaceful. The breakfast wasn't very good though.

Everything was great We came to get our daughter moved in at Mara Hill. We brought one cat as well. The staff was great. The hotel room was very clean. Breakfast was great. The staff went above and beyond to help. We will be frequent stayers while our daughter is at Mars Hill. Id recommend the hotel!! The staff deserves a raise.

The staff there is great. The property is in need of some repair work. Our room and the room next to us flooded the first night we were there. The staff was wonderful about accommodating us and getting everything cleaned up. The building is just starting to show some wear and tear that needs to be addressed.

The staff was very friendly. It would have been nice if the breakfast was mixed up from day to day instead of the same severe thunderstorm warning, please proceed with caution you want me to driveevery day.

Great location if you’re doing anything in the area, ie hiking or mtn biking. We stayed there due to the close proximity to Hatley Pointe. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. Parking was great. Our room was clean. It’s not a 5 star hotel and the price reflects that, super reasonable. I checked out the breakfast and ya not something I would eat but I’m pretty particular on what I put in my body. We will be staying there again this winter when we come up to snowboard. Close enough to some ok restaurants and some great ones down in Weaverville and Asheville.
