Everything was just perfect. The food quality and taste were really good. The hygiene was very obvious. The hospitality was amazing specially the reservation team and a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Nagy for his professional attitude and kindness. Thanks Sataya resort for this remarkable vacation, Sure I will come back again to spend a wonderful vacation.

Great place to stay

Absolutely spectacular place to stay. They have several places to eat on site. Most of the stuff you get is part of the all inclusive atmosphere. Comfortable beds, and amazing service. Multiple pools and a beach as well.

My initial disappointment re room was taken care by Hani the duty manager and made the rest of my stay very pleasant. The hotel and facilities was very good but away from Marsa Alam or Port Ghalib…It would be a good if the hotel provided a shuttle service once a day for guests, even for a small fee. Using the taxi service was a bit pricey .

Great beautiful experience!

The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense. We had a private pool with warm water very nice to enjoy private time. The FOOD; is not the best, a good variety and several restaurants but the quality is not the best but ok compared to the all inclusive price, just enough. Definitely recomended!!

Quiet resort. You will be pretty much isolated there. We went for diving, so we really just needed a place to sleep. The property is really nice. The food is not great, but It does the job

Uncomfortable bed

Pros: Big resort, many pools, pretty good restaurants. Con: Bed, I'm not sure if they have had a big problem with their guests body fluids but my bed had a plastic sheet underneath, which made the bed a little uncomfortable. As a woman I wasn't always treated the same as men by some staff.

The staff was super friendly and quick. Poole and facilities were efficient and always ready. The food was above average, same like every all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. I recommend it for a quiet stay although there was a kids aqua park too but we haven’t tried it. Regarding the weather I guess Marsa Alam is best in October and November. They said they have one heated pool of the three. Room service wasn’t impressive. Make sure they attend to your needs.

Staff very friendly, animation team good, only the guy who was cleaning the room was not so nice. Food delicious. I have missed more fruits and baklava. Deserts were all similar. Soup corner should be somewhere else. Nice coral refe. Very nice resort.

Nice hotel - stay clear of the doctor.!

Nice hotel, with good facilities - nice house reef. Would recommend to friends and family. Could have better restaurants + stay away from the doctor, he will do whatever it takes to charge A LOT - "Your insurance will pay" must be his favorite quote.!! Make sure you bring your own stomach medicine so you dont need him.!!

Bad Experience, Very disappointing resort.

The resort looks good on the outside, but our stay and experience was not good, room was not well maintained, no room service is available, front desk staff seem to be always frowning and give brusque responses to any questions, they refused to even provide a second key to the room or more than two towels to a room ( we were 3 PPL in a room) . They don't seem to be aware how to run a resort of this size, they were short on every possible resource from towels to tables during dinner when we had to wait for half an hour to get a table.

Everything was amazing, the facilities, the reef, the pools, and staff, everything, just the beach itself was not that friendly as it's rocky nonetheless, the management have a solution for guests who want to enjoy the beach but not in the reed snorkeling area, and the green areas were remarkable and the food quality is top, sure it won't be the last time to go there.

Dieser Erfahrungsbericht ist natürlich subjektiv und rein aus unserer Sicht. ________________________________________ 1. Die Hotelanlage (5 Sterne — keine Abzüge) Die Anlage und das Hotel selbst verdienen volle fünf Sterne. Modern, sauber. Kommt natürlich auf die Erwartungshaltung an, für dieses Preis- Niveau aber Top ________________________________________ 2. Abzugspunkte: Personal & Management, Sicherheit, Instandhaltung & Kosten Personal & Management – Housekeeping, Barkeeper und Kellner: sehr gut. – Kellner jedoch stark unterbesetzt. – Rezeption: Mitarbeiter kannten oft nicht einmal die Zimmernummern. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden uns die Zimmer 14007 und 14009 zugeteilt. Wir fragten direkt, ob diese nebeneinander lägen (wegen Kinder und Swim up Pool). Die Rezeption erklärte, Zimmer 008 existiere nicht und die Zimmer seien direkt einander. Tatsächlich lagen die Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Gebäuden mit getrennten Pools. Nach drei Tagen wurde dieser Fehler behoben: die Kinder zogen in Zimmer 008 um und konnten ab dann den gemeinsamen Pool nutzen. Beim privaten Pool sank das Wasserlevel so stark, dass der Skimmer nicht mehr arbeitete. Wir meldeten es zunächst dem „Pool Mann“, dann der Rezeption – passiert war erst abends nach unserer Beschwerde. Befüllte wurde allerdings den Nachbarpool. Wir konnten im eigenen 110 cm tiefen Becken sitzen, aber nicht sch
