I have booked a room.for me and my friend and I speceficly requested 2single beds, when we arrived the receptionist said that I booked a room with double bed, she kept arguing with me despite me showing her my email that stated 2 single beds. The receptionist was very unhelpful and rude. Never again

Warning! Do not book this hotel!

Warning! Very bad. When I get to the stay he says at the reception that they don't have my booking even though I have a booking confirmation from hotels.com and they have already deducted money from my account. Furthermore, they are very rude and continue to claim that the hotel is full, despite my reservation. I also received an email from them that I should check in myself via machine, but this machine does not exist. At the same time, a "robbery" takes place at the hotel while I'm about to check in and the people at the reception don't care about me or my stay, but all the people are wandering around the place. Some woman comes with a car and starts screaming around the place because of the robbery (the robbers have disappeared by this time) and she grabs me and drags me out of the hotel, even though I have things at the reception. She refuses to let me in to take my things, phone and valuables and after a while she takes them out. I end up calling the police and hotels.com due to non-existent rooms and aggressive behavior and violence towards me, who arranges new accommodation for me. However, this takes about 2.5 hours of my time. So warning for this hotel.

Les dames de l'accueil le sont très gentilles et serviables mais la propreté laisse a désirer lorsque j'ai retiré le draft housse pour le secouée il y avait des tâche de sang sur chaque face du matelas,le matin les couloirs sont bruyants la nuit aussi le directeur est pas très honnête bref séjour très moyen pour le prix sans conté les chambres sont très petites

Malgré un lit confortable Il n’y avait pas de climatisation (cassée) Pas de table de nuit Pommeau de Douche qui fuit Manque de gel douche Prise électricité une dur deux qui fonctionne Pour un hôtel rénové il faudrait revoir les installions avant de louer Cordialement
