Very nice

Beautiful property worked perfectly

If you must stay in Guthrie this is the place to stay. It is a great property with very clean rooms and an attentive staff. The breakfast is advertised as continental, but they offered custom eggs and breakfast tacos that were delicious. I'd highly recommend this property.

My room was amazing. The bed was so nice and comfortable that I didn't want to get up and leave. Very friendly staff.

Check-in was quick. The room was clean and spacious with numerous amenities. Staff were courteous and friendly. When I told the front desk person at check-in that we would be checking out early the next day for my spouse’s medical procedure, the clerk told me that she would ask the breakfast staff to at least have some cold grab-and-go breakfast options ready for us. Early the next morning, before the hotel’s usual time for breakfast, the kitchen person greeted me and made certain that I had...

The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!

I liked everything.

New hotel with a great up top date appeal. Rooms were big and clean. Showers are wonderful.

Everything was amazing and beautiful. The only complaints we had were that the floors were very dirty when we arrived. There was dirt everywhere. The staff was working to clean it but even a few hours later there was still clumps of dirt on the ground in the lobby. In the bathroom there was a hair on the side of the shower which with as nice as the room was we didn't really mind picking it up to throw it away. Our shower was really my only main complaint. I went to shower and the shower head...

All the above. No complaints. Stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Would use a recommend this hotel to anyone else coming that way and have to stay overnight.

It was very clean liked that it had a reclining chair. My husband has allergies and it is hard for him to sleep in a bed so he had a place to sleep if needed. I would have liked breakfast for the price. Enjoyed the Stay

Front desk polite & informative. Room clean. Breakfast good.

We’ve stayed at the Hampton several times and it’s always great. It’s clean and the pool and Hot tub are always in good condition. Hot coffee and a good continental breakfast. We will be back!

The only thing I would like to see is improvement on breakfast. Everything else was excellent. My brother lives near by and it was convenient for us the 3 days were stayed at the hotel. Oh, the water was great! It was hot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC and refrigerator were a bit noisy and the mattress on the bed closest to the door needs to be rotated.

Pet friendly hotel and never had any issues with cleanliness and hospitality! Love to stay here when I come through town!
