This was after we emailed, called, and texted to the numbers we had to which we received no response at all. "The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!"

"Nice clean place. Close to everything. Basement apartment can tell have trouble with wetness. Smelled musty when first entered, but once open did not notice again. Had trouble with locking system to get in. Had some difficulty communicating with rental agent to get in. In the end, we were able to get in and had a great stay and able to visit friends and family. Hope, Charm or Walnut Creek. My sister and adult daughter love to get away there for a girls retreat. Eli is a wonderful host. It is very clean and comfortable and has a hot tub!
