The property features a generous living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a Scandinavian wood stove, which is present for decorative purposes only, along with a direct exit to the terrace. A second living area with an open-hearth fireplace is complemented by a kitchen corner, offering a warm and inviting space for relaxation. The large, open kitchen is equipped with a dining table and serves as the central gathering point for the household. A separate shower and WC is available on the main level in addition to the bathrooms within the bedrooms. The 4 bedrooms are distributed as follows: 2 rooms each feature 1 French bed, a private shower and WC, and individual air conditioning; 1 room is furnished with 1 single bed and 1 French bed, complete with a shower and WC and air conditioning; and 1 room offers 1 single bed and 1 double bed with air conditioning. It is important to note that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.
