"We stayed as a stopover on a cross-Italy drive. The weather was not so good so our enjoyment of the exterior was limited. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The pillows could have been a little fluffier. A little strange that the shower had a window to the rest of the room, but when in Rome…. Heat controls were made at the desk we assume to cut costs, but it was a little strange as well. We wish some spa services were included which would have justified the cost for this...

"The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. The breakfast is good and the rooms / facilities clean. The WIFI is unusable though which is a big issue if I’m on a business trip. They do need to sort this out as it not in line with the rest of the experience. "

"A hotel full of character located in a medieval castle with many original features and a stunning rooftop terrace with a 360° view over the surrounding hills. The castle is in the centre of a picturesque little town and will suite somebody looking for a very quite stay. Pool is located moments away by foot"

"A small hotel with a fabulous and very popular lakeside restaurant. Mainly used by Italians but with a handful of international guests. The staff are very friendly and the food possibly the best Italian we’ve ever enjoyed anywhere. We dined lakeside while watching otters and various birds in the lake very close by. We stayed for one night before driving to Civitavecchia to pick up a cruise (about an hour) and we would love to return one day. "

"We loved the location! Very near the Duomo in Orvieto, yet in a very quiet side street. Francesca was very professional and friendly. She made us feel welcome. Our room was simple, very clean and the bathroom had a BATHTUB, which I had requested. Most hotels and bed and breakfast in Italy do not have bathtubs. Breakfadt was perfect for us, continental, with good coffee."

"A lovely place but more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. They don't offer dinner and from what I could tell you can't order drinks, snacks etc Check in was easy albeit a little brief. Main gripe is there is no Wi-Fi in bedrooms only in the reception area which isn't stated in the hotel description . Pool area is outstanding the best pool we have experienced so far in our week tour of Italy. Love the fact that there are a small number of rooms which makes the place feel much calmer, so...

"I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room."
