Whether you’re seeking relaxation, top-tier amenities, or a place to stay fit while on vacation, this resort ticks all the boxes—and then some. The food selection was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options to choose from every day. We especially appreciated the adult-only seating area in the main restaurant, which provided a peaceful and more refined dining atmosphere. The resort featured numerous open bars, and not once did we have to wait in line. The bartenders were fantastic—attentive, friendly, and creative—offering us custom cocktails that weren’t even on the menu. It was clear they took pride in their craft and genuinely cared about making our experience special. The beach was pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water perfect for swimming. Each evening brought stunning sunsets over the sea, creating unforgettable memories. The spa services were another highlight—deeply relaxing treatments provided by kind and professional staff who made sure every detail was just right. As a swimmer, I was thrilled with the aquatic facilities. The resort offers both a 50-meter outdoor pool, perfect for serious laps, and a 25-meter indoor pool for quieter sessions or early AM."

"This property was amazing!! We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon and loved it. There are 3 shared pools (one quiet, one with a pool bar and one infinity pool). There is a beach right across the street. There is basketball and tennis courts, a spa and a breakfast and dinner buffet on site. There is even a little store with pretty much anything you could need. The hotel staff was great and helped us book transport to and from the ferry ports. Our room was beautiful which had a private pool for us, we highly recommend this stay! "

"We arrived at the hotel and immediately they upgraded our room to a room with a private pool (very nice, but unfortunately not usable). Everything was perfect and appreciated. The food in the main room is excellent and with a wide selection, the chef is always there with a big smile. On the other hand, in the two restaurants, unfortunately, the food is not made on site, Just heats it up and serves it. It's a shame, because these are good quality products! Anyway, this is not a complaint, just sharing our feelings. We definitely recommend the place, and of course we will go back there soon!"

"We have used several different Mitsis hotels all of which have been great and the Laguna was just as good. It’s an attractive, well laid out hotel of a nice size. There’s plenty of pool area space and more than enough sun beds. The accommodation was excellent and service superb. We’ve noticed the food choices have been reduced over recent years but they remain really good and to a high quality. The ala carte restaurants were great although quite tightly configured. The breakfast brunch was the least liked with the food no different to to what you can get in the main restaurant. The only thing we were disappointed in was the beach area. In other mitsis hotels there’s always been a dedicated bar and food facilities. At the Laguna there is only a mobile unit which was permanently busy and not worth the wait. The shoreline is also quite rocky and so not the easiest to access the water. Overall though the Laguna is excellent and thoroughly recommended. "

"I would give the place 10 points! And that's because it was worth the money during the time we were there. Although it's not a 5 star hotel and even an old one with an all inclusive service that is still stuck in time... At the same time, you can enjoy the service that the hotel offers both in terms of food, rooms and service. The food - needs improvement! Both in terms of quality and in terms of serving. You can at least upgrade the way of serving to be more respectable! The rooms - different types, some are small, but comfortable. You can always improve with new mattresses and even an air conditioner or refrigerator that makes noise at night. The service - this is actually the strong point of the place! It makes up for everything else... The staff at the reception is amazing, attentive and respectful of every question and request. The waiters in the restaurant and the Kissaot bar are always smiling and available for any question or request. Overall, I would recommend everyone to come, especially the apartments and the attitude! Thanks to the staff at the reception, restaurant and bar!!!"
