"We had a lovely week in Chalet Mon Sousou. Every morning we took the bus to the ski gondel, very convenient in front of the chalet. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by neighbouring houses. Although the chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped, with 7 adults the house is a bit tight, but still cosy. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. "La qualité des services de l'agence. Le chalet est magnifique, la distribution des chambres, la configuration du chalet, le sauna, la terrasse avec brasero, le balcon, la vue. "Stayed here solo before starting the Tour Du Mont Blanc trek and it was perfect! Situated between Chamonix and Les Houches directly next to the number one line bus! Great location, great staff, fun/nostalgic decor, all the amenities you can think of, reasonable food and drinks, and the view is spectacular! They offer luggage storage as well, which was just what I needed. Thank you!!!"

"Spacious room, gorgeous lobby, relaxing pool and sauna area, mountain views - what more could you ask for! Coffee & pastries on the balcony was a highlight of our trip (there was a fabulous bakery just a few minutes walk away). The staff were friendly and helpful. I want to highlight their meticulous laundry service! It was fast, reasonably priced and they followed the washing instructions. The only feedback I could offer is I wished the pool hours were longer."

"I quite enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. There are 2 saunas, jacuzzi and pool at disposal to guests and were kept in great condition. Only complaint would be that the thermostat did not seem responsive, as it never reached the set temperature during my stay but it was kept a fine 22-degrees Celsius so it was fine, I just preferred a little cooler. Would stay again!"

"The hotel's location is great; there are nearby restaurants, and the village center is very close—it's a small village. There is parking available, which is free at night and paid during the day at a reasonable rate. The girl at the reception during the evening shift was very kind. When we first arrived, we found that the room's AC wasn't working well, but she changed our room and was very helpful and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, and the room and bathroom are excellent. My only observation is that, since I had read previous reviews where most guests complained about the air conditioning, I checked it upon arrival and found it wasn't working. We were moved to a room where the AC was functioning, but it wasn't cooling very strongly. Given that the temperatures were 27°C during the day and 22°C at night, I expected much better performance. I expect that if there were a stronger heatwave, the AC would be ineffective. Since the hotel is otherwise lovely, it would be great if they could pay more attention to the air conditioning system."
