  • It is a modern themed town house that is between the downtown area and multiple hiking trails. There is a fire station down the street and they turn on the sirens as they turn onto their street. So noise is to be expected from the fire station and the busy street in front.

    Also please take into consideration the neighbors on both side of the unit while on the stairs.
