"Único problema foi a portaria. Não cadastrou nossa facial e toda vez tem que acionar eles para liberarem. Ficamos na chuva até eles acharem o cadastro da plataforma. Tem piscina aquecida e descoberta, sauna seca e úmida e academia. Falta um mercado, mas prédio novo e estão ainda ajustando. "

"The room was good, and as described. The staff were very nice and service oriented. The breakfast was great and sufficient. The room service was fine, nothing bothered me. The service and hospitality of the staff checking us in was great. They were helpful and very accommodating."

"Solid stay for business at nearby Sao Paulo Expo. Simple and basic amenities and very friendly staff. Property was secure and I felt safe. My only complaint would be that the room did not have air conditioning. It was not a big problem during my stay, but if the weather was much hotter, it might have been more of an issue."
