"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Great Hotel, clean rooms,lovely staff, great breakfast just down the road from Picadilly gardens. Only down side was we had a room at the front of the hotel, so all we heard up till 2-30 ish in the morning was the music and noise from a nearby venue, i assume the rooms at the rear were a bit quieter.
