"Little getaway for me and hubby with a concert at the music center. It’s a small place, but very well done. There were muffins for us, and also coffee, creamer, sodas. Little things that made it extra special. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but walkable to so many shops and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for. Also, the garde and wildlife was amazing!! "

The location made it easy to get into town, and not far from Bloomington for additional activities. Eric's place really felt like a home away from home- he's thought of all the little details! "Came with my hubby and dog. The view is beautiful. My family lives nearby and we were doing a burial ceremony for my father who passed a year ago. It was the perfect place to gather and grill while the kids swam and kayaked. Would definitely stay again"

The only real complaint inside is the smashed bugs all over the walls throughout the place. The snacks and things are a nice touch. The decor is nice and the bed was comfy. "

"The kids had a funny little getaway adventure on the property. The lake and creek was neat to explore. Lots of seating options outside. The house looks small on the outside, but the inside is spacious and lots of spaces for everyone to sleep. Kids also liked the arcade in the garage. Would love to stay here again. "

"I stayed in a kitchen suite. The accommodations were clean, comfortable. The walkability to restaurants, basketball games and CVS were great. The only challenge was the noise below my room at 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 3:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Loud jarring noises that shook the bed. No idea what that could be. Worst night of sleep!"
