"The foul odor in the hallway was really bad. The toilet seat in our bathroom was broken, I went to let the gentleman at the front desk know. He did nothing about it. We had no wash cloths in the room and the shower soap dispenser was all empty. I made 3 trips to the front desk upon check about these issues and nothing was done but quick to take my deposit. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are traveling with kids "

"Very nice, large room. I called from the airport, and the shuttle picked me up. I had a nice meal in the restaurant. The next morning, the shuttle took me back to the airport."

"Property was very dirty, everywhere. Trash in halls and dead bugs in elevator. Sheets wouldn’t stay on bed so we kept waking up on the plastic mattress cover. No towels in the room. Went to desk to ask for them but they ran out so we got two hand towels and two wash rags, for our family of 4. "

"Very poor condition of the room the hot tub and pool were cold the floor had a sink hole in it by the air conditioner in room on 3rd floor electrical problems the lights went off and on all different times had to unplug lamps and tv before sleeping while watching the tv it would shut off and come back on randomly. Had plenty of soap and wash cloths and towels very disappointed in quality of this place for the price to stay there for 1 night."
